Hello, I am Phirefli Pike Designs! ♡I am an experienced graphic designer and online freelancer from Canada who has been learning various design and art-related mediums in the field for over 15 years. In particular, I specialize primarily in online streaming and illustrative art styles. Some examples include character designs, concept art, logos and branding guides, Vtuber/PNGTuber modeling, and much more.
The reason why my username is Phirefli Pike Designs, is because it derived from my work as a character designer. Phirefli was one of the first characters I ever created for my old webcomic: The 8ug Squad (Discontinued). Due to my personal connection to this character, mixed with an opportunity to show growth as a designer, she has become my main brand identity.

What is Art Fight?
Art Fight is an annual art game that lasts for 1 month, beginning every July.
During the event users can register on the site to join in. Each year, participants are split into two themed teams to which they are assigned randomly. Players "attack" people of the opposing team by making art of original characters you choose belonging to members of the other team. Your team receives points based on what you create for the other team with each attack. The artist that receives the attack can then counter that attack by drawing the character belonging to the person who attacked them, or pay it forward by attacking a different person on the other team. At the end of the month, the team with the greater score wins, but the real goal is to celebrate characters with your fellow artists.

WATERMARK WORK BEFORE PAYMENT
Prior to the full payment agreed upon in advance, Phirefli Pike Designs will own full rights and will have all drafts watermarked. This watermark is not to be removed, altered, or have anything similarly done - Doing so results in a permanent ban on you as a client and could result in legal action as per the Canadian Copyright Act.Upon receiving the full payment, the watermark will be removed and the client can then use the design for either personal or commercial use.FILE FORMAT OPTIONS
Upon completion, files will be sent to your email address. Different formats are available to be added upon request. For commonly commissioned projects, file formats offered includes:
• .ZIP Folders - Useful for transferring numerous file types in one folder,
• PNG Files - Often includes images both with and without a background,
• JPEG Files - Available upon request, otherwise the default is the PNG file format.PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, Phirefli Pike Designs has three payment methods available:
• PayPal - Preferred payment method and must be applied for all online orders,
• E-Transfer - Only available to those who have worked with the designer in the past,
• In-Person - This method is reserved for clients who know the designer in-person.PAYMENT
The client agrees to pay Phirefli Pike Designs the full payment amount prior to receiving the final product. If payment is not received in full, the client will not receive the finalized copy of the artwork requested, and the contract will be revoked. The amount agreed upon will be discussed in advance.Due to the increased issues surrounding selling products online, Phirefli Pike Designs is now obligated to request a down payment to ensure their safety as a designer on most ordered products. The recommended amount is half of the full payment. However, another number can be chosen if discussed in advance.Should the request be altered, either to increase or decrease the work requested, then the contract may be renegotiated and the price may be adjusted to reflect the requested changes. The client has a maximum of one serious change (minor alterations do not abide under this section) allowed before excess payment is requested. After the one change has been used, an additional $5 fee will be added to the final amount owed by the client for each additional alteration. The fee will be boosted to $10 instead for more serious changes, such as but not limited to:• Requesting for additional characters,
• Needing a full re-design after a design has already been completed or nearly completed,
• Any changes that require ten or more extra hours of work to be done.**An additional $5 will be added to the existing $10 fee for every 24 hours of work added.Disclosure:
Due to the complexity of this work, the agreed-upon due date may be subject to change. If Phirefli Pike Designs requires this date to change, or if there are changes made to the contract, then the contractual start date will be revisited and Phirefli Pike Designs will contact the client via their preferred contact method to determine a new due date. The payment agreed to will also be due in full no later than the agreed upon final date of the project. This will only change if both parties agree to extend the date.
